Our aim is to help everyone discover the next Transformer or build the next AlphaFold, faster, more systematically, and at scale. We treat discovery not as a matter of luck, but as an engineering challenge to be solved.

AI R&D

We are building systems that collaborate with humans to invent, train, and refine machine learning models.

Benchmarks such as OpenAI’s MLE-Bench and METR’s RE-Bench point toward the next phase of the AI revolution: agents that conduct research autonomously, continuously improving themselves and advancing the frontier of knowledge.

By augmenting human creativity with AI-native research tools, we aim to transform how breakthroughs are made and accelerate progress for all humankind.

The Vision

In the limit, Thesis aims to become a universal engine for discovery, spanning every field of science, from the molecular to the cosmic.

Thesis lets anyone build powerful machine learning models for anything they can imagine. We envision a world where any scientist can run millions of experiments in silico, guided by intelligent agents that reason, simulate and learn. A world where discovery compounds exponentially.
